Energean Power FPSO Hull Floats Out Of COSCO Shipyard Dock

It has been announced by the Energean Oil and Gas plc that after 10 months of steel of cut, the Energean Power FPSO hull left the dock and floated out from the COSCO Shipyards’ dock at Zhoushan, China.

This is a great achievement for the Company. It was ready before the scheduled time and with no LTI’s. It was completed in about 3 million working man hours under the management of TechnipFMCs.

For the additional construction work, the Energean Power FPSO hull will remain at the Shipyards’ berth. Later in 4Q it will sail to Sembcorp Marine’s Yard in Singapore where the integration of the topsides is to be done.

The Karish Development Project that is to deliver the first gas project in 1q 2021 is also going on in time and on budget.
