J-ENG and National Marine Research Institute Cooperate On Research Of Combustion Using Carbon-Free Fuel
In cooperation with the National Maritime Research Institute, Japan Engine Corporation is to start the research and development of ‘combustion of carbon-free fuel’ as a solution for decarbonization.
For the reduction or elimination of greenhouse gas as a measure against global warming, carbon-free fuel should be used. This is because it does not contain carbon atoms and thereby do not emit carbon dioxide.

For a decarbonized society, hydrogen is expected to be a promising energy carrier. A variety of research is also going on about the liquified hydrogen, ammonia, etc.
J-ENG is committed to working forward for the innovation of alternate energy sources that will help build a decarbonized society by reduction of GHG thereby preventing global warming.
